This package is designed to support both parent and baby during the critical postpartum period. It includes a comprehensive initial intake for the birthing parent or primary caregiver and baby, followed by high-contact, close, individualized follow-up care for three months.

Support can begin anytime during pregnancy or postpartum and through your child’s first birthday and is especially valuable during the early weeks and months after birth, when physical recovery, emotional adjustment, and infant concerns often overlap.

Care is paced, responsive, and tailored to your family’s evolving needs, offering steady guidance through postpartum recovery and early infant challenges.

This three-month care package may support concerns such as:

Postpartum physical recovery, including cesarean or vaginal birth healing

Emotional wellbeing, anxiety, overwhelm, or sleep disruption

Breastfeeding or feeding challenges

Infant colic, reflux, gas, or digestive discomfort

General adjustment for both parent and baby during the early months

Working with both parent and baby together allows for a more complete understanding of the family system and often leads to more effective, coordinated support.

This package may be booked during pregnancy to plan ahead, or at any point before your child’s first birthday.

The term “mama/ mom” is used throughout this site for simplicity; this offering is open to all birthing people, as well as adoptive and foster parents or guardians.
