Book a consultation via my website

All digital client information is securely stored in FEA Create, which runs on Go High Level’s encrypted servers and case notes on password protected note taking files such as Notion and Microsoft Word.

This includes:

Consultation notes

Intake forms

Appointment history

Email or SMS communication history (if applicable)

Security measures include:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)

Password-protected access to client files

Limited access—only I (the practitioner) can view your data

Any cases that are submitted for 'supervision' guidance, for the improvement of services, are always anonymized

5. How Long I Keep Your Information

I retain client records for:

7 years after your last consultation (for adults)

Until age 25 for minors (7 years after turning 18)

After that period, your records will be securely deleted from all systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal information I hold

Request corrections or updates to your data

Withdraw consent for data use (unless legally required to retain it)

Request that your data be deleted
