Welcome to Leap Homeopathy!
By booking a consultation, making a payment, or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are here to ensure mutual respect, clarity, and safety in our work together.
1. Scope of Services
Leap Homeopathy provides classical homeopathy and holistic care. Services are educational, supportive, and not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment. I do not offer emergency care or give medical advice related to prescriptions or diagnostics. Always consult your physician for urgent or medical concerns.
2. Practitioner Role & Medical Care
I am one part of your care team. I will never ask you to stop prescribed medications. If I observe signs of a higher-risk condition, I may refer you to your primary provider. I reserve the right to withhold or withdraw care if I believe a situation requires immediate medical attention beyond homeopathic scope.
3. Appointments
Initial appointments last ~2 hours. Please ensure a quiet, private space, minimize distractions, and have food/water available.
Follow-ups are typically 30-45 minutes, spaced 4–8 weeks apart depending on progress. It is your responsibility to schedule follow-ups if we have not done so together.
Appointment links are sent in advance via email. If you arrive late, we will still finish on time for the benefit of other clients who may follow your appointment.

4. Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of booking or within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
A 5% late fee may apply to invoices unpaid after 7 days.
Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations: $50 fee for intakes, $25 for follow-ups.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Packages
All consultations and digital products are non-refundable.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with written consent.
Refunds are not issued once services have been rendered or digital access granted.
6. Between-Session Communication
I respond to short, non-urgent emails within 12–24 hours.
Please be consistent in your method of communication with me, especially for remedy reactions or case updates. This helps keep accurate documentation.
Save non-urgent questions for follow-ups. I am unable to be available at all times to provide continuous real-time support between sessions. I will do my best to respond to you timely.
7. Recommendations & Response Time
You’ll receive your homeopathic plan within 2–8 days after an initial session depending on the complexity of your case.
After starting your remedy, please send a check-in email 7–10 days later.
If new or worsening symptoms arise, please stop your remedy and email me.
Keep a journal or notes to track your progress between sessions.
8. Acute & Symptom Management
While under chronic care, initially please avoid self-prescribing while we establish initial remedy reactions for my recommendations.
For true acutes, please book an Acute Session. I aim to respond within 4–6 hours, but timing may vary.
Daily updates are expected during acute care. If your acute lasts beyond a week, additional care fees may apply.
9. Communication Tools
Video calls are held via Zoom, WhatsApp, or similar.
I may use text messages for simple logistics (e.g., reminders, confirmations), but case management and symptom tracking is best over email for consistency in keeping great documentation for your case.
All platforms used are secure, but no digital system is 100% risk-free. By using them, you accept this risk.
10. Confidentiality & Records
All client information is stored securely in FEA Create (Go High Level) and in password protected note taking files.
Your information is never shared without your written consent, unless required by law.
I retain client records for 7 years after your last appointment (or until age 25 for minors).

11. Referrals & Supervision
I stay within my scope and continually seek professional supervision. If your case falls outside my experience or progress stalls, I may:
Consult with colleagues (with your consent)
Refer you to another practitioner
Adjust timelines for care plan delivery if deeper analysis is required
12. Office Hours
My hours vary based on client demand and family life. If my online calendar doesn’t suit your time zone, email me at [email protected] and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
13. Liability
Leap Homeopathy is not liable for decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of any recommendations provided. Clients are responsible for making informed choices and consulting licensed providers when needed.
14. Email List & Communication
By becoming a client, your email may be added to my newsletter. You may receive occasional messages about homeopathy, services, or resources. You can unsubscribe at any time. See my Privacy Policy (link below).
15. Final Agreement
By booking a session, making payment, or continuing care, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
